“THE HUMAN EXPERIENCE “ Director: Charles Kinnane

This is a must see film. Life is more than the four walls we see every day.
Challenge: See life through the eyes and heart of God, rather than the eyes of our own human thoughts and emotions.

Here are my take aways:

When you step out of your own element and step into someone else’s, that is learning. People take things in their life for granted.
God has a purpose for us all! We are not forgotten by him.
If you treasure your life, you should treasure the life of others. Live with the sensitivity you know you have and be sensitive towards others:  ~ Dr. William B. Hurlbut: Consultant for Neuroscience Stanford university
No matter how bad off a person is, for everybody their life was a treasure. Life is worth living. They just needed to be nurtured by someone.  The nature of life is to be hopeful ~ Dr. William B. Hurlbut
Life is other people: look at others as if that was you. It would change your mind on how you would do things. You become more humble.  Your heart will forever change.
"The last of the human freedoms is to choose one's attitude" ~ Viktor Frankel
Leap of faith: what does it look like???
"We must rapidly begin the shift from a 'thing-oriented' Society to a 'person-oriented' society" ~ Martin Luther King J
 Whatever experience we have, wither its good or bad, we can always remember and learn something from it. ~ Dr. Alveda C. King
Communication is the learning of all experiences.  It’s a part of growth.  Get to know those that you think are different from you. We are all masterpieces created by God. We all bleed the same Blood that was shed from our father. He is within us. We are a part of him.
Doing what’s right for the greater good of Gods people.  What does that mean to you??
What does peace in your heart feel like?? Have you truly found peace in your life???  When did you feel this peace??? How have you stained this peace?? Have you helped others try to find the peace within them??
Everyone is on a journey trying to find a purpose in their life. Where there is life there is hope. We all have a seed within us. Water it, embrace it and love it. Grow to the person god created within you!
If you have very strong faith, you have everything.
"Life is sacred, that is to say it is the supreme value, to which all other values are subordinate" ~ Albert Einstein
~~~~ Suffering is a journey deeper into the heart of life....... even in the deepest suffering there is significance there is a meaning process of positive possibilities ~~~~~~
  Trust in God, observe the rules of GOD. Walk in the truth and the promises of God. Life without faith is unbearable.
Community is where you can give and find yourself. Family is the first experience we have.  It  the foundation for the future.
God is family. He is your father. Let him guide you, love as he loves you.
Let him into your heart! only you know what your life is truly like and what you feel deep inside your heart!
have you truly found yourself? Are you the person that truly lies within you??
Woke up this morning @ 2am and this song was playing on my phone...... Life has many obstacles and we have so much that surrounds us. Always remember to never loose yourself.When you  Find who YOU are, embrace your heart, soul and the discovery of you! Love yourself, give yourself light, allow yourself the happiness you deserve, and have peace in your heart. Today think about who you really are. Ask yourself, Am I really living as the person within me? Or am I living the person that others want??? Take the step to find yourself. :) Gift the gift to another to discovery who they are as well! :)
"Come Back To Me"
You say you gotta go and find yourself
You say that you're becoming someone else
Don't recognize the face in the mirror
Looking back at you
You say you're leavin
As you look away
I know theres really nothin left to say
Just know i'm here
Whenever you need me
I'll wait for you
So i'll let you go
I'll set you free
And when you see what you need to see
When you find you come back to me
Take your time i wont go anywhere
Picture you with the wind in your hair
I'll keep your things right where you left them
I'll be here for you
Oh and i'll let you go
I'll set you free
And when you see what you need to see
When you find you come back to me
And i hope you find everything that you need
I'll be right here waiting to see
You find you come back to me
I can't get close if your not there
I can't get inside if theres no soul to bear
I can't fix you i can't save you
Its something you have to do
So i'll let you go
I'll set you free
And when you see what you need to see
When you find you come back to me
Come back to me
So i'll let you go
I'll set you free
And when you see what you need to see
When you find you come back to me
And i hope you find everything that you need
I'll be right here waiting to see
You find you come back to me
When you find you come back to me
When you find you come back to me
When you find you come back to me
"thought to ponder"
When Jesus saw his ministry drawing huge crowds, he climbed a hillside. Those who were apprenticed to him, the committed, climbed with him. Arriving at a quiet place, he sat down and taught his climbing campanions. This is what he said:
"You're blessed when you're at the end of your rope. With less of you there is more of God and his rule.
"Your're blessed when you feel you've lost what is most dear to you. Only then can you embrace the one most dear to you.
...
"You're blessed when you're content with just who you are-no more, no less. That's the moment you find yourselves proud owners of everything that can't be bought.
"You're blessed when you care. At the moment of being 'care-ful,' you find yourselves cared for.
"You're blessed when you get your inside world-your mind and heart-put right. Then you can see God in the outside world.
"Your're blessed when you can show people how to cooperate instead of compete or fight. That's when you discover who you really are, and your place in God's family.
"You're blessed when your commitment to God provokes persecution. The persecution drives you even deeper into God's kingdom.
"Not only that-count yourselves blessed every time people put you down or throw you out or speak lies about you to dicredit me. What it means is that the truth is too close for comfort and they are uncomfortable. You can be glad when that happens-give a cheer, even!-for though they don't like it, I do! And all heaven applauds. And know that you are in good company. My prophets and witnesses have always gotten into this kind of trouble.
GOD said NO
I asked God to take away my pride, And God said, “No.” He said it was not for Him to take away, But for me to give up.
I asked God to make my handicapped child whole, And God said, “No.” He said her spirit is whole. Her body is only temporary.
...
I asked God to grant me patience, And God said, “No.” He said patience is a by-product of tribulation. It isn’t granted, it is earned.
I asked God to give me happiness, And God said, “No.” He said He gives blessings, Happiness is up to me.
I asked God to spare me pain, And God said, “No.” He said, “Suffering draws you apart from Worldly cares and brings you closer to Me.”
I asked God to make my spirit grow, And God said, “No.” He said I must grow on my own, But he will prune me to make it fruitful.
I asked God if He loved me, And God said, “Yes.” He gave me His only son, who died for me. And I will be in Heaven someday Because… I believe.
I asked God to help me love others As much as He loves me, And God said, “Ah finally, you have the idea.”
